With over 10 years of hands-on industry experience, Ahmad brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety to every project. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, along with Certificate IV in Construction and Certificate III in Carpentry. He has a practical, trade-driven approach to delivering high-quality builds across all stages of construction.

With over two decades of experience in architecture and construction all over the globe, Hamid founded OROSI in 2010 to take luxury living to new heights.

He’s relentless in the pursuit of perfection, upholds only the highest standards of quality, and ensures sustainability is at the heart of all OROSI projects.

Hamid’s passion is tangible. There is not one stage of design and development that he does not oversee, and his dedication to excellence ensures each project is masterfully crafted with only the finest materials.

David has over 20 years of experience in architectural design, project delivery, and onsite construction. He began his career specialising in front-end design, focusing on concept development and feasibility studies.

Transitioning into leadership roles, he ensured seamless execution from design to construction. As Development Manager at OrosiI, he integrates innovation with practicality to enhance project outcomes.

Ash ensures seamless project execution, overseeing construction timelines, budgets, and contractor coordination.

With extensive experience in high-end residential projects, he maintains the highest standards in every build. His leadership ensures precision in planning, quality control, and on-site efficiency.

He is dedicated to delivering exceptional developments that align with Orosi’s vision.

A registered architect in NSW, Ebru contributes to detailed architectural design and delivery across multiple projects.

A registered NSW architect with over 20 years of experience across feasibility, design and delivery. Andres leads Orosi’s architectural vision for mixed-use residential, commercial and hotel projects throughout Australia.

As a key project leader, Ziad plays a pivotal role in shaping design outcomes, driving technical excellence and refining Orosi’s luxury architectural intent.

As an Assistant Development Manager, Callan supports the end-to-end delivery of residential and mixed-use projects, assisting with feasibility studies, procurement, design, financial modelling, budgeting and project reporting. His role involves coordinating with consultants, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure projects progress smoothly through design, planning approvals, and construction stages.

Travis brings critical organisation, coordination and attention to detail. He ensures the architectural and construction teams remain aligned and on track.

Horace supports the architectural team with technical drawings, documentation and coordination. He ensures designs translate clearly and accurately.

Paris brings drafting precision and attention to detail. She enables seamless integration between design intent and on-site execution.

With a civil engineering background, Pouya excels in structural design using Revit AutoCAD and Etabs, collaborating closely with our civil engineers onsite. His expertise includes precise control and revision of construction drawings, preparation of as-built drawings, and coordination between architectural, structural, and installation departments. Pouya adeptly handles construction surveying, cost analysis, and program compilation using Excel and MS Project.

A carpenter by trade, Gustavo boasts over 7 years experience in the field which he utilizes in his role everyday as our lead carpenter and foreman. He demonstrates a passion for bringing projects to life, overseeing all details from start to finish. Pouring his heart into each project, Gustavo’s unmatched dedication and craftmanship makes him a valuable part of our construction team. No task is too big for Gustavo to complete.
