Meet our Marketing Manager, Tessa Kesbah!

With a career spanning luxury real estate in America's most exclusive enclaves, from San Francisco to Silicon Valley and beyond, Tessa drives Orosi's marketing strategy, branding, and campaign execution.

Her focus on wellness and luxury helps guide Orosi's brand voice, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the elegance, intention, and elevated lifestyle  that resonates with high-end audiences.

Tessa has a keen eye for storytelling and design, and she brings a deep understanding of what discerning buyers value: exceptional quality, thoughtful details, and a sense of well-being in the spaces they call home.

With more than two decades of experience in construction and site management, Peter Costas brings a wealth of knowledge, precision and leadership to every Orosi project. His career has spanned high-end residential, multi-residential and commercial developments, giving him a deep understanding of what it takes to deliver projects of the highest quality.

Peter is known for his hands-on approach, meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage complex builds with efficiency and care. On site, he oversees every stage of construction, ensuring safety, craftsmanship and timelines are held to the highest standard. He works closely with Orosi’s design, development and sales teams, creating a seamless connection between vision and delivery.

Dedicated and results-driven, Peter is committed to building with integrity and excellence, ensuring every Orosi residence reflects the company’s standard of enduring quality.

With over 10 years of hands-on industry experience, Ahmad brings strong leadership, problem-solving, and a commitment to safety to every project. He holds a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, along with Certificate IV in Construction and Certificate III in Carpentry. He has a practical, trade-driven approach to delivering high-quality builds across all stages of construction.

A highly skilled Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience in the operational management of buildings and infrastructure projects. Skilled in supervising and executing large-scale developments, including residential complexes, hotels, and a major shopping centre.

Bringing deep technical expertise in concrete, steel, and structural works, with a strong background in project organisation and technical plan execution. Experienced across multiple industries, including five years in the cement sector as Chief Technical Officer and fifteen years in petrochemical complexes, oil, and gas fields in roles ranging from Drafter to Senior Supervisor and Technical Officer.

Proficient in TEKLA, AutoCAD, and MS Office, with proven strengths in operational analysis, leadership, and collaborative teamwork. Recognised for building effective interpersonal relationships and fostering productive communication across multidisciplinary teams.

Known to the team as the "jack of all trades", Brian can tackle almost any task thrown at him. As site foreman, he ensures work is delivered to perfection, has a strong technical understanding, and supports our project teams to maintain efficiency and quailty.

With a Master’s degree in Architecture and a postgraduate qualification in BIM, Bel supports the design process from early concept through to detailed refinement. She works closely with senior designers to develop drawings, models and clear proposals that balance beauty with functionality, helping to elevate luxury living in Sydney’s eastern suburbs.

Originally from Italy, Elena has a versatile profile spanning design, relationship management, and luxury brand integration.

Her experience in branded property development, being part of the Corporate Brand Maison team and working on worldwide projects under the Elie Saab name, has shaped her expertise and deep understanding of craftsmanship, luxury and the importance of brand alignment.

Today, as part of the Orosi team, she is contributing to the vision of wellness real estate and the role of healthy living in longevity, a philosophy that is reflected in the development of high-end multi-residential projects across Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.

Elena believes that travel greatly expands your horizons and is always planning her next trip!

Sean holds over 10 years’ experience delivering complex and high-value property development projects across the full development and construction lifecycle.

He brings strong expertise in project strategy, stakeholder management, constructability and positive commercial outcomes, working closely with key stakeholders, consultants and subcontractors to drive successful project delivery.

With a practical understanding of development and construction, Sean leads multidisciplinary teams, manages project risk and optimises cost, programme, quality and delivery outcomes.

Nick brings more than five years of on-site experience with a practical, buildability-focused perspective to every Orosi project. His career has spanned complex commercial and high-end residential builds.

Nick combines commercial acumen with a strong grasp of constructability, working closely with all project stakeholders to keep projects moving efficiently from early design through to delivery.

Grounded with his onsite practical experience, Nick manages risk and balances cost, programme and quality at every stage.

Meet Miri

With experience across residential, commercial and interior projects, Miri brings a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to design.

Her background in architecture, combined with strong Revit and BIM skills, allows her to move seamlessly from design development to detailed delivery.

She enjoys creating spaces that are functional, considered and responsive to the way people live.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find her exercising, exploring Sydney’s beaches and outdoors, cooking or planning her next trip!

With a five-year Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and strong BIM expertise, Manuela ensures a smooth transition between conceptual design and the construction phase. She combines her technical skills with a sharp eye for high-end interiors, producing the meticulous drawings and refined models needed to build our luxury residential spaces across Sydney to the highest standard.

Outside of work, Manuela enjoys staying active with regular workouts and walks, heading to the beach, relaxing, and listening to good music.

Denis is the Financial Controller at Orosi, bringing diverse experience across property development, construction, multinational corporations, and public practice accounting.

He specialises in financial management, project financing, cash flow strategy, and regulatory compliance, working closely with senior management, operational teams and financial institutions to drive sound commercial outcomes.

Combining financial expertise with a strong understanding of the property development lifecycle, Denis oversees financial strategy, governance, and risk management across the Group, ensuring resources are effectively managed to support Orosi’s commitment to delivering exceptional residential apartments of uncompromising quality.

With over two decades of experience in architecture and construction all over the globe, Hamid founded OROSI in 2010 to take luxury living to new heights.

He’s relentless in the pursuit of perfection, upholds only the highest standards of quality, and ensures sustainability is at the heart of all OROSI projects.

Hamid’s passion is tangible. There is not one stage of design and development that he does not oversee, and his dedication to excellence ensures each project is masterfully crafted with only the finest materials.

David has over 20 years of experience in architectural design, project delivery, and onsite construction. He began his career specialising in front-end design, focusing on concept development and feasibility studies.

As Development Manager of Orosi, David integrates innovation with practicality and ensures seamless execution from design to construction.

Paris brings drafting precision and attention to detail. She enables seamless integration between design intent and on-site execution.

With a civil engineering background, Pouya excels in structural design using Revit AutoCAD and Etabs, collaborating closely with our civil engineers onsite. His expertise includes precise control and revision of construction drawings, preparation of as-built drawings, and coordination between architectural, structural, and installation departments. Pouya adeptly handles construction surveying, cost analysis, and program compilation using Excel and MS Project.

A carpenter by trade, Gustavo boasts over 7 years experience in the field which he utilizes in his role everyday as our lead carpenter and foreman. He demonstrates a passion for bringing projects to life, overseeing all details from start to finish. Pouring his heart into each project, Gustavo’s unmatched dedication and craftmanship makes him a valuable part of our construction team. No task is too big for Gustavo to complete.

Neda is a NSW registered architect with over 25 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery. As Design Director at OROSI, she leads the design vision from concept through construction, bringing together thoughtful architecture, refined interiors and practical expertise. Her approach centres on creating timeless homes that balance beauty, functionality and the way people live. Outside architecture, Neda enjoys travelling and painting, drawing inspiration from different cultures, places and artistic expression.
